We used a network propagation approach to identify disease-relevant and cell cluster-specific subunits of our transcription factor network. differential expression-based marker gene scores for each cell cluster were propagated in same way, resulting in cell cluster specificity scores for each network node. For the multimodal analysis, we subsetted the full scRNA-seq dataset to include only paediatric data and removed T lineage cells without CITE-seq protein information.
