FTX’s former Chief Financial Officer Sabrina Ellison, who’s accused of embezzling billions of customers’ money, has said she and FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried ” started sleeping together on and off” in 2018. She added that Bankman-Fried asked her to repay loans using FTX customer funds. Ellison said Bankman-Fried directed her to change spreadsheets so that Alameda’s financial picture was more positive.

Adam Yedidia, former roommate of cryptocurrency exchange FTX’s CEO Sam Bankman-Fried, has testified at his trial that Bankman-Fried asked him in early 2019 if it was a “good idea” for them to date. Yedidia said Bankman-Fried told him that he and CarolineEllison had had sex. Yedidia added Bankman-Fried knew FTX was in trouble as early as June or July last year.

Bankman-Fried is facing trial in New York for allegedly running a Ponzi scheme and defrauding customers, investors and lenders by selling stock in FTX and borrow millions from lenders by lying. Bankman-Fried’s former roommate Adam Yedidia also testified at the trial.
