NaCl, 2 mM DTT, twice against 50 mM Tris pH 8, 1,000 mM NaCl, and twice against 50 mM Tris pH 8, 40 mM NaCl, and twice against 50 mM Tris pH 8, 40 mM NaCl, to remove nucleic acid contaminations.
