A US judge ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of a Guatemalan man it deported to Mexico in spite of his fears of being harmed there. The judge said, “No one has ever suggested that O.C.G. poses any sort of security threat.” He wrote that the court notes that ‘facilitate’ should have less baggage than other notable cases.

Trump addresses the apparent assassination attempt for the first time
US President Donald Trump on Thursday said that the Secret Service “did a great job protecting him during the incident while he played golf” at his course in Florida. In June, Trump had an assassination attempt against him. Trump criticised the policies of the Biden administration, as well as Vice President Kamala Harris, as is common in his campaign appearances.
