Researchers from Victoria, Australia, found that tetrapod tracks known as trackways contain new taxa and evolutionary Sequences in Early Tetrapod Formations. The tracks of two Middle Devonian formations contain published tetrapod tracks, but both contain no known tetrapod body fossils. Taxa present in Blue Beach, Canada’s early high-diversity fossil are not seen in the associated body fossils.

He added the final level of limits may be a lower number than they originally were. US President Donald Trump has threatened to impose a 10% tariff on “most favoured nation” drugs, which include drugs used to treat cancer, heart disease and diabetes. Trump had in 2020 signed an executive order on “most favoured nation” pricing which would have tied Medicare Part B drug prices to those in other countries.

Scientists claim they have discovered the genetic link between Chaco Canyon and the Picuris Pueblo Indian Tribe in New Mexico. They obtained the genomes of 16 ancient Picuris Pueblo members and 13 modern tribe members from their own remains and the genomes of 13 modern tribe members. Picuris Pueblo is one of the four tribes that are fighting the ban on drilling in Chaco Canyon.

Former Argentine Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio, who was elected Pope Francis, is the first pope from outside of Europe to be elected from Latin America. The 84-year-old was elected during the 2005 conclave where Benedict XVI’s name was removed from the ballot. Bergoglio was archbishop of Buenos Aires, Argentina from 1986 to 1990 and served as Cardinal for six years before he was elected.
