Intel has already made a statement on how it is addressing Raptor Lake problems
Asus has released beta bios updates for a variety of its Z790 motherboards through its ROG forums for a variety of Z790 motherboards. As per reports, the bios updates should default to Intel settings, instead of the company’s own. Earlier, Intel discovered that its chips had crashes and found that it was impossible to fix them. Intel will provide updates later this month.

The French swimmer who lives and trains in the US, Leon Marchand, has won his fourth gold medal at the Paris Olympics. Katie Ledecky also dominated the women’s 1500-metre freestyle final, her signature event, and achieved a new milestone with 13 total medals. Ledecky came into the Paris Olympics the defending gold medal winner in the men’s 800-meter freestyle.

Russian journalist Evan Gershkovich, who was sentenced to 16 years in prison for espionage last month, is expected to arrive in the US on Friday, his family said. Gershkovich was detained in 2018 after being accused of working with CIA to collect information on a Russian arms company. The Russian government said that it has released him as part of a prisoner swap.

Democratic candidate for US Senate in Arizona, Ruben Gallego, has started a campaign to defeat Republican Kari Lake and her “dangerous” plan to ban abortion. In April, Lake opposed an Arizona Supreme Court ruling that revived a near-total ban on abortion in the state. Lake had previously praised Arizona’s law, which she said she was ‘thrilled’ Arizona would have the ban.

US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has said that Amazon is a ‘distributor’ under the federal product safety legislation and therefore bears a legal responsibility for recalling dangerous products. It further said that Amazon failed to adequately incentivise consumers to return or destroy dangerous products. Amazon said it is “disappointed” by the decision and plans to appeal.

Researchers said this helps to distinguish the germinal centres within Peyer’s patches from the nasal lymphoid tissue. T cells with IgA class switch recombination occurring before germinal centre formation are restricted to the nasal lymphoid tissues, the study said.

A wildfire in Oregon, US, has forced the evacuation of at least 600 people, officials said. The blaze, which erupted on Wednesday evening, has burned more than 7,500 square miles of terrain, the US Forest Service said. It’s one of more than 60 wildfires that have erupted in the US in the past week, the Forest Service added.
