US immigration attorneys in South Sudan are not allowed to return to their home countries without due process, a US judge said. This comes after eight immigrants were sent on a flight to South Sudan without notice or opportunity to contest their removal. A US immigration attorney said the case for a Vietnamese client had been lied to before being deported.

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a directive saying that COVID-19 vaccines are “safe and effective” even if a person is at higher risk for contracting the virus. It added that people at low risk would be able to get vaccinated, while those at higher risk would be asked to get a booster shot.

The FBI said that it has identified the suspect in the explosion at a US fertility clinic that killed one person. Akil Davis, an Assistant Director in charge of the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office, said that investigators believe the perpetrator was attempting to live stream the bombing. The blast cut through the American Reproductive Centers (ARC) fertility clinic.

An explosion outside a fertility centre in US’ Palm Springs killed one person, injured four others and sent debris flying for blocks in all directions on Saturday. The FBI is investigating evidence that’s “indicating anti-natalist views”, Laura Eimiller, the agency’s spokeswoman said. The prime suspect in the bombing was a man named Michael Bartkus, who reportedly had nihilistic views.

Researchers from Victoria, Australia, found that tetrapod tracks known as trackways contain new taxa and evolutionary Sequences in Early Tetrapod Formations. The tracks of two Middle Devonian formations contain published tetrapod tracks, but both contain no known tetrapod body fossils. Taxa present in Blue Beach, Canada’s early high-diversity fossil are not seen in the associated body fossils.

US Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zelden said the final levels of PFAS drinking water limits may be lower than they originally were. He added the final level of limits may be a lower number than they originally were. The agency had decided to rescind the rules last year, saying that they weren’t in keeping with the Safe Drinking Water Act process.

US President Donald Trump has threatened to impose a 10% tariff on “most favoured nation” drugs, which include drugs used to treat cancer, heart disease and diabetes. Trump had in 2020 signed an executive order on “most favoured nation” pricing which would have tied Medicare Part B drug prices to those in other countries.

Souter,” he added. Justice Souter served on the Supreme Court from 1991 to 2009.
